Inglewood Family
This gang started around 1971 before the Blood alliance was formed. It is believed that the IFs were started by Jan Brewer. They are the largest gang in Inglewood and their subsets include 77th Street, Rollin' 80s, 92nd Street, and 94th Street. Most of their area is policed by the Inglewood Police Department but a small portion of their turf lies in the 77th Division of the LAPD.
They have been rivals with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, the Rollin 90s, and Rollin' 100s, but there have been some efforts to stem the rivalry among Inglewood gangs by the Stop the Violence / Increase the Peace Foundation headed by Khalid Shaw. There are some cease fires in place and there is more work at including more gangs in the cease fire
Eighty-Tray Crips
Because of the popularity of this gang, it is one of the most reported Los Angeles gangs in the United States having been identified in Denver, CO; Aurora, CO; Hennepin, Minnesota; Harris County, TX; Wichita, KS; St. Louis, MO; Albuquerque, NM; and Portland, OR. The Rollin 60s Crips are their main rivals and their rivalry goes back to 1979. It is one of the biggest and most bloodiest gang rivalries in the entire County with over 400 victims during the last 20 years. This rivalry is discussed in Monster Kody's book Autobiography of an LA Gang Member and Donald Bakeer's book, Crips. Leon Bing also wrote an article on this rivalry in 1988 for the LA Weekly. It would be great to see a truce between these 2 sets, because so many other rivalries would come up under it and many lives would possibly be saved.
They are also rival to all “rollin 0s” gang which would include the Rollin 40s and the Rollin 90s. They also have a rivalry with all “NeighborHood” or “NH” gangs including the 67 NeighborHood Crips (67 NHC), located on the north side of their territory. They are rivals to all Blood gangs but their main Blood rivalry is with the Inglewood Family Gang (IFG) located to the west of their territory but it must be noted that their rivalry with the Rollin' 60s Crips is stronger than with any blood gang.
The ETGs have the largest black gang territory in the entire county of Los Angeles occupying an area of 2.59 square miles. Their territory extends from 65th Street (north) to Century Ave (south) between Vermont (east) to Western Ave (west). Their territory also extends on the westside to Van Ness between 79th Street (north) and Manchester (south).
