Við áttum að semja sögu/ævintýri í ensku og þetta var útkomman mín:




Dance on Christmas roses.

Once upon a time there was a girl who lived in the forest, her name was Kyra.

One day when she was taking her daily walk in the forest, exedently she walked out of the
forest and there she stood so surprized on the street, she had never in her whole life seen
anything as strange before. In front of her was a parked car and next to the car was a
supermarket and many more cars around. She saw many people walking in and out and cars
driving on the street.

Kyra was so scared and surprized that she could not move.

-Hi!

She heard. Kyra turned around and a blond little girl stood there smiling.

-My name is Laura! What is your name?

Kyra was more surprized, it was so long time ago, she had almost forgotten how humans look
like.

-Kyra

She said quiatly.

-Where do you live?

Said Laura and smiled even brighter than before.

-In the forest.

Luckily Kyra was not bad in English becouse her friend in the forest remind her every day.

-Wow! How amazing! I have allways dreamd of living in the forest. She almost screamd.

-Hehe yeah it is…pretty amazing…

-I live here in New York by the way!

-Okay

-What is your favorite Tv show?

-Tv show?

Kyra asked! She had no idea what a Tv show was, she did not even know there were more people
than herself until now.

-You dont know what a Tv show is?

She asked.

-No

Kyra said with a shy voice.

-Come on, I'll show you

She took my hand and walked me to her mom.

-Mom!

She said.

-This is my friend from my class, can we take her home? Her mom says okay!

Kyra was confused, what was a class and i had no mom.

-Sure darling

Her mom said.

Laura stept into the car and told me to do so too. I couldnt say no so i did as she said. It
was not about talking in the car, but when they arrived Laura and Kyra went to Laura's room
and talked about everything in the whole wide world!

After a while Laura's mom returned Kyra to the supermarket and Kyra ran home. She ran to her
friend the dragon and told him about what happened.

-I want to have Christmas!

Kyra said.

-Okay…

-How do i do that?

-Well first you need a christmastree which we have here in the forest, you will need a
christmaspresent to and of course a christmas dinner! And a dress!

-How do i get these things?

-Go to the supermarket!

Kyra went to the supermarket and picked up some clothes and walked out without paying! The
secutity guards ran to her and told her that she must pay for these things. Kyra had no
money so she went to the dragon and told him about what happened.

-You will have to earn money to buy these things Kyra!

-How do i get money?

-You have to work for them!

-How?

-Just pick up something nice and sell it on the supermarket!

The dragon told Kyra about beautiful stones who were in the mountain. Kyra went to the
mountain and picked up few stones, after that she went to the supermarket and sold the
stones for 1 dollar each.

Now Kyra had enought money to buy everything for Christmas.

Kyra and the dragon had Christmas and lived happily ever after.

And what does this story tell you?

-Life isn't a dance on roses, but you can always buy roses and dance on them!

Kyra couldn't just have Christmas, she had to earn for it.
