Halló fólks!
Ég hef svo sem ekki stundað þetta áhugamál mikið ennþá (á mikið eftir) en mig langaði allt í einu aðeins að tala um meistarastykkið We are the champions eftir Queen.
Queen, sem ég tel vera eina bestu hljómsveit síðari hluta sl. aldar átti nokkur meistarastykki, hið klassíska Bohemian Rhapsody stendur þar líklega upp úr.
We are the champions sem margir hafa tekið upp sem sigur- og fagnaðarlag, sérstaklega í íþróttaheiminum, er í rauninni fremur einföld laglína en snilldar góður texti (sem er mun dýpri en svo að verið sé að fagna bikarúrslitum í fótboltaleik, en ég skil vel ástríðu íþróttamanna fyrir þessu lagi).
Takið sérstaklega eftir laglínunni í “no time for losers, cause we are the champions”, þetta er í raun “ne ne ne ne ne ne” laglínan, stríðnistónninn sem allir þekkja.
Frábært lag, einstaklega vel heppnað í alla staði. Og enginn söng það eins vel og Freddie Mercury.
