- 2 oz Light Rum
- 2 oz Coconut Cream
- 5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Ice
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glassware : Collins Glass

Combine all the ingredients in a blender well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass and servie with a straw. Garnish with Pineapple.
