Ideally a Head Researcher should have the following skills:

- In-depth knowledge of football in your country
- In-depth knowledge of CM/FM games
- Computer literate, a good computer system with a good Internet connection
- Basic knowledge of using databases
- Fluent English (written only)
- Enough spare time to carry out research

In return for your research work you will receive
