Sequel to Gamecube's best shooter is being worked on as we speak…
The creators of the fantastic Metroid Prime, Retro Studio, have revealed that developement of the sequel is already underway and is expected to be released in 2004.
With Ninty boss Saturo Iwata saying yesterday that he expected Gamecube's successor to be available in 2005, it does make you wonder whether the game could slip to the next generation. It wouldn't be the first time a big title's shifted from current to next-gen console - remember Resident Evil 0 was supposed to debut on N64 but slipped to Gamecube. Time will tell…
