Haley Joel Osment fæddist 10. apríl árið 1988 í Los Angeles í Bandaríkjunum. Hann er sonur Eugene Osment og Theresa Osment. Hann lék Forest Gump jr. í “Forest Gump” og ég sá hann fyrst þar. Hann fékk Óskarstilnefningu árið 2000, þá á tólfta ári, fyrir leik sinn í “The Sixth Sense”. Nýjasta mynd hans heitir “Artificial Intelligence” eða bara “A.I.”, sem Steven Spielberg leikstýrir, og verður hún frumsýnd í sumar hér á Íslandi.
