og ef þú færð þér mod kubb, þá þarftu að standa í
miklu vesini ef þú ert að copy-a leiki
því að nýustu mod kubbarnir eru drasl
btw mod kubburinn hefur enginn áhrif á dvd region!
hann mun áfram spila region 2 og engin önnur.
það er innbyggður spilari(software) í tölvuni sem spilar eingöngu svæði 2, en það er hægt að setja nýan í memory kortið sem spilar öll svæði.

How to use your PS2 with the modChip Deactivated:
When you turn on your PS2, press power (reset) for less than 4
seconds (you normally do it like that) and your console will turn on with the ModChip deactivated.

How to use your PS2 to play Cd-R Backups(Skrifaðir leikir):

1. turn your unit on with the Chip deactivated. (just press power for less than 4 seconds as you normally would do)

2. Insert boot cd
the game “unreal tournament” (UT) is confirmed to work as boot cd. Patches to boot with any original should be available shortly and we also try to find other games which are suitable to work as boot cd. Currently only UT is confirmed to work

3. Press power (reset) to power down your console (until the green light turns red).

4. Press power (reset) for more than 4 seconds and keep holding it until its time to swap with your backup.
(when using UT you have to hold the power button until the memory card message appears, aprox. 30-40 seconds)

5. When you release the power button, the cd tray will open and you have 4 seconds to replace the boot cd with your backup. After 4 seconds the tray closes automatically and your backup will boot now. (When using UT you just have to fallow the menu on the screen until the game starts, but instead of loading UT your backup will boot)

þetta kostar 7000 og þú verður að kaupa unreal T. til þess að þetta virki, saman kostar þetta 14000. eg mundi ekki borga kronu fyrir þetta crap. en ég þurfti að læra það erfiðan hátt, eg keypti þennan fjandans kubb, eg hélt að þetta væri bara eins og með PSone, en nei, Tæknivík, sem gerði þetta fyrir, segir mér
hvernig þetta virkar eftir að þeir eru búinn að setja kubbin í
og segja að eg verði að kaupa UT. Mig langað að myrða einhvern,
og þegar eg kem heim skoða eg tölvuna þá voru 3 rispur ofan á tölvuni(frekar djúpar) svo að eg kvartaði og fékk þetta frítt.
en eg mun trúlega aldrei nota þennan kubb.
veit einhver um betri mod kubb???
