Ef maður skoðar hvað gerst hefur við þá sem hafa orðið fyrir Avada Kedavra, þá hafa þeir dáið strax en ekki skotist uppí loftið. Gæti ekki verið að Snape hafi bara sagt Avada Kedavra en hugsað Levicorpus(Galdurinn sem er í bók Half blood prinsins sem maður þarf ekki að segja bara hugsa?) og Dumbledore hefur svifið í loftinu og svo hefur Snape sennt hann í burtu.
