Set it as Voodoo 3.

then once d/led and installed, in your console type in fps_max 100


It's an OpenGl driver thing, aimed at only some games, including HL and CS,
and it usually give you from a couple more fps to “many” more fps in those
games,
compared to your standard Voodoo card.
