why would you want to ?
you can get most models/skins that have been published here:

But lay off the Player models until they start making them in the right resolution they changed it in v.1.1..
The old player models will fly abowe the ground shooting and trowing grenades all the time…and are werry hard for you to hit since theyre not the right size…lol i tried it..:)
They locked sertain aspects of the weapon models i think you cant use p_(name).mdl files…but then again i might be wrong..
hl.net is slow these days, hope they update they´re servers soon..

Have fun raping youre cs dir..carefull not to play on PB server when trying the models out, might get banned…

dont write about this shit in icelandic i at least find it ”fu*ked" bad enough they make us learn and speak it, so try to keep to the english online…hehe er bara að rugla eitthvað
