This one is easy. Its actually right next to turtles paradise in yuffies basement Check the banner on the wall outside the trap room

Once you have find all the flyers talk to the owner of turtles paradise, he is one of the guys behind the bar and he will give you a Power source,Guard source,Magic source,Mind source,Speed source,Luck source and a Megalixir
